Born and raised in Thailand but a long time Alamogordan, Kim is the owner, manager, and chief chef at Thai Cuisine. She is the engine that makes it go. She brings to the job many years of experience in the food service industry including Thai restaurants in Albuquerque and Roswell. Her desire is to share her take on the authentic foods and flavors of Thailand with as many people as possible.

Opened its doors to the public on 4 February 2013, after an extended search for a suitable location. The choice was good, the customers came, and the good food keeps them coming back. This is a family-friendly restaurant, no alcohol needed or served. Kim has provided a clean and pleasant environment decorated with authentic artifacts from Thailand and other Asian cultures.
